Hayden is a Patient Care Coordinator for the Grand Rapids location. Their background is in early childhood education, and they spent 5 years as a toddler teacher in Big Rapids and Lansing. Hayden was raised in Big Rapids and moved to the Grand Rapids area in 2024, joining our team in 2025. Having a partner with hearing loss gives them both a unique insight into patient experience and a drive to provide the best service possible. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys cooking, reading, and watching movies. They also spend a lot of time with their Airedale Terrier, Reid, and their cats, Winnie, Figs, and Judith.
