We experienced thorough, competent and compassionate care at McDonald Audiology. I brought my mother in to have her hearing tested for the first time, suspecting she was experiencing a loss. James Faassé was her Hearing Instrument Specialist and he treated her with such kindness and care. From start to finish he explained the process clearly, took time to answer her questions and explained her results in a way that made the information easy to understand. It was clear that she needed hearing support. He is a true advocate for people experiencing life to the fullest by being able to hear clearly and participate completely with the world around them. As an educator, I really appreciate that point of view. When we came in for delivery he took ample time with her to adjust the hearing aids to her specific needs. He patiently helped her learn how to maintain them and helped her learn the new technology on her phone to make adjustments when needed. He was a pleasure to work with and I am grateful for his kind and patient demeanor. She felt heard and I know she will be comfortable asking further questions and inquiring about further adjustments as time goes on. He made the experience really positive for her and it continues to be! My mother can hear clearly again and she’s back to her chatty, happy self-less confused and more relaxed.

Explains what needs to be addressed if I have any issues with my Starkey aids. They are 8 years old but time may be running out for them.
