Meet the Team
Pamela D. Keenan, Au.D., CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Pamela Keenan is the current owner of McDonald Audiology & Hearing Health Care. Prior to owning the practice she worked for the previous owner for 14 happy years.
She attended Central Michigan University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders in 1991. Subsequently she attended Michigan State University, where she received a Master’s degree in Audiology in 1992. In 2009 she completed the Doctor of Audiology degree at the George S. Osborne College of Audiology at Salus University (formerly known as the PCO School of Audiology). She also has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) and is licensed by the State of Michigan Board of Audiology.
Dr. Keenan’s passion is providing the best hearing help by utilizing the latest technology, and the highest standard of care. Her goals are to provide expert diagnoses, counseling, information, hearing aids, hearing aid maintenance and repairs, noise protection plugs, loop systems and hearing accessory items. She enjoys volunteering with local groups such as HLAA (Hearing Loss Association of America) and DHHS (Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services) to help educate the public about hearing and issues surrounding hearing loss.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband Vernon and two sons Justin and Bryce.
Kelly Lyons, Au.D., CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology
Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Central Michigan University and earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Wayne State University.
Her motivation comes from her father having a hearing loss due to a traumatic event as a child.
She was born and raised on the west side of Michigan and is excited to be back and practicing in the Grand Rapids area. She enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time at the beach.
Hannah Fisher
Audiology Assistant
She has been working for McDonald Audiology & Hearing Healthcare since October 2023. She’s currently working on her hearing instrument specialist certification.
She graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Saint Mary’s College in Indiana. She has been in the field of audiology for 3 years.
She has a passion for helping others hear the world around them better. She loves travelling to new places and visiting the National Parks.
Lori VantVoort
Patient Care Coordinator
Lori is the Patient Care Coordinator at our Grand Rapids location. She has over 16 years of experience as a medical receptionist, and a passion for helping others. Lori and her husband David have 3 children and several pets.
She grew up on the north side of Grand Rapids, and still lives in and loves the area. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and going to the beach.
Cynthia Henderson
Audiologist Assistant
Cyndi has been a part of our team since May of 2021 and is currently the Audiology Assistant at our Grand Rapids location. She is in the process of acquiring her Hearing Instrument Specialist certification.
She will always greet you with a smile and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service for every patient.
Cyndi has 4 children and loves spending time with her family.

Patient Care Coordinator
Cynthia has been a Patient Care Coordinator for McDonald Audiology for two years. Interested in excelling in the company and becoming an Audiologist Assistant or an addition to our Human Resources. Proud mother of 3 lovely daughters and 2 handsome sons. Cynthia enjoys her family, fitness, learning natural medicine and the beach. She is also a True Crime junkie.
Alice Watkoski
Accounting Manager
Alice has been employed with McDonald Audiology & Hearing Health Care since November of 2013. Her duties include Accounts Payables, Receivables and Payroll. She is a graduate from Catholic Central HS and Davenport University with an Associates’ Degree in Accounting.
Alice has 4 children, a daughter-in-law & 3 son-in-laws and 9 grandchildren. During her free time, she loves to spend time with family & friends & being outdoors enjoying the 4 seasons in Michigan.
